I'm making cameo appearances for now, after such long hiatus. Hopefully I can gather more time and things to tell soon. I'm definitely good at procrastinating - guilty much. You can also blame the ease of letting pictures speak for themselves by using Instagram, that made me opt to be lazy :p

I've just completed I do, I do starring Kim Seon ah and Lee Jang Woo. A refreshing one to watch after the sad drama I Miss You. I can't help but to laugh all the time.


p/s: I can't access my email anymore. Can anybody be of help? It's very frustrating coz I use that one for almost everything.

I'm currently watching The Rooftop Prince online - which is not what I ordered. I hate watching anything online, especially when it's something superb like this drama.

I was drawn to it because of Yoochun.

After I watched him in Miss Ripley, I wanted to watch more of his acting - he's quite a good actor. There are dramas in which the first episode or even few episodes after that would be so bland, they couldn't attract people to continue watching. The Rooftop Prince is nothing like that. It was downright funny, thanks to the Crown Prince and the trio.

Secret Garden is a story about Kim Joo Won (Hyun Bin) and Gil Ra Im (Ha Ji Won) who are worlds apart, as always.

Kim Joo Won is from a chaebol family and  works at his family's departmental store as the CEO. He's portrayed as a spoiled brat, pampered especially after he went through a horrifying accident when he was 21 years old. Gil Ra Im, the poor girl has no family left after her father died when she was 17 years old and works as a stunt woman. Both of them got really close when they drink the magic potion given by Ra Im's dead father (in disguise) which resulted in them changing bodies. It is hilarious when they are in the other person's body - Ra Im calling Oska (Joo Won's older cousin) oppa in Joo Won's body and Joo Won being the jerk in Ra Im's body.

Hyun Bin is funny when he tagged along with Ra Im to the set and given part as the extras - he spoiled everything.

I'm not a machine

I was quite addicted to the telly when I was a kid, I had no passion to play any sports (still does :p) and on evenings, I'd rather be cooped up in the house watching whichever program that was airing at that time. More often than not, it would be those Cantonese drama series from Hong Kong. That was during their heyday. I could still recognize the actors' faces now, but believe me I haven't watch anything Cantonese for a gazillion years already.

They shared the era with Hindi movies a.k.a Bollywood, or maybe Bollywood's staying power was much stronger. I tried to have a fling with the Hindi movies, but mom was strict and didn't let me watch them. I guess it was because of their length - a solid three hours of staring at those colorful sarees and them having fun dancing at each opportunity they got.

So I did not like to watch Hindi movies even after I've finished school.

But yesterday I joined my friends when they watched the movie 3 Idiots - because I had nothing better to do. It turned out to be a remarkable and creative piece. I heart the main lead's character (played by Aamir Khan) especially the part when he explained about machines and when he tried to tell Virus how to teach the right way.

Each and every one of the teachers out there should watch this brilliant movie. What's the use of cramming definitions and every single line from the books, just to be poured out during exams?

I just watched Killers, Letters to Juliet, and Knight and Day..in no correct order. I think all three movies were great, not all the 1 hour plus of each movie of course..but they were still delightful.

In Killers, Ashton Kutcher was oh-so-handsome as the retired assassin. I love when he wore the white safety helmet  and the white shirt at the construction site, he had this cheeky look on his face..despite putting on the pair of shades. But I think he needs to work on his moves - he seemed 'old' and couldn't move fast enough after he got married for three years. Luckily all the people trying to kill him were sloppy too :p

 And everyone would know what kind of effects the Letters to Juliet had on me - I was close to hijacking a plane and directing them to Italy right then and there while watching the movie. Everything was so beautiful.

The words in the letter written by Sophie for Claire was only read at the end of the movie, during Lorenzo and Claire's wedding..

"Dear Claire, "What" and "If" are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life: What if? What if? What if? I don't know how your story ended but if what you felt then was true love, then it's never too late. If it was true then, why wouldn't it be true now? Knight and Day was funny and I'm impressed that Tom cruise and Cameron Diaz did a majority of the stunts on their own.

already watched a drama titled 'Prosecutor Princess' starring Kim So-yeon and Park Si Hoo. i was searching for whatever drama with Park Si Hoo in it after i watched Glory for Family and found this drama. it's really funny especially in the earlier part when Ma Hye Ri (Kim So-yeon) has just graduated and started to work as a prosecutor.

what does ultraman have anything to do with my blog? i'm no longer interested in cartoons especially
with those "superheroes".

what a surprise we had when we sat for a Law quiz this morning and encountered a question about them. "Ultraman is the elder brother of Jetman and Spiderman. They are the sons of Batman and Wonderwoman" - True or False. for one, just who is this Jetman..never heard of him at all.

AND what do those "superheroes" have anythg to do with Law? *sigh*
